STM LORA
It is intended for measuring the temperature of bulk goods
(floor warehouses, open space …). The main purpose is for
measuring the temperature of grain goods (wheat, corn, sunflower,
soy …), and it is also used in powdered goods, wooden ones
sawdust and chips, pellets, coal, etc.

1. LoRa probe
The system is conceived in such a manner as to allow the user to set up the probes after the storage is filled and remove them before it is emptied.
There is no need to further move system elements for the rest of the exploitation process.
The probe itself is made from a flexible stainless-steel pipe.
Flexibility of the pipe allows for easy handling even in facilities with low roofs.
Standard length of the probes is 6 m, however, they can be made in other lengths according the users demand. Each probe contains four sensors.
The probe is powered by a battery that is intended for explosive environments, such as grain goods storage.
2.WIFI DISTRIBUTION CABINET
The multiplexer is located in the distribution cabinet (DC) and connected to the LCD and power supply.
The exchange of temperature data between the probes and the multiplexer is done wirelessly (via WiFi).
One DC can collect temperatures from an unlimited number of probes. The number of probes depends on the storage dimensions and the needs of the user.
The overview of the measured temperatures can be seen on the LCD on the DC itself, as well as on the computer.
2.wifi RAZVODNI ORMAN
Multiplekser je smešten u razvodni orman (RO) i povezan sa LCD displejom i napajenjem.
Razmena podataka o temperaturama između sondi i multipleksera vrši se bežičnim putem (WiFi).
Jedan RO može da prikuplja temperature sa neograničenog broja sondi. Broj sondi zavisi od dimenzija skladišta i potreba korisnika.
Prikaz izmerenih temperature se vrši na LCD displeju na samom RO, a omogućen je i pregled na računaru.
3.termosmart
TermoSmart is a piece of software designed for the specific purpose of fully tracking the temperature of the goods stored in silos and flat storages.
Its appearance, that can be adapted to the layout of the silo cells, and allows for instantaneous overview of temperatures. The software also allows for storage of measured temperatures to the PDF files, as well as in database. The user is allowed to input and track basic information on the goods in silo cells (type of goods, date and time of storage, fumigation, etc.).
The computer communicates with the rest of the system (one or more distribution cabinets, depending on the number of probes and their arrangement) via a standard serial port, USB port or via the local computer network (RS422, RS485, LAN or WiFi connection).
PORTABLE TEMPERATURE GAUGE
It is intended for measuring the temperature of goods stored in bulk state (flat storage, open spaces, etc.)
It is primarily used for measuring the temperature of grain goods, but it can be used with powder goods, wood chippings and filings, pellet, coal, etc.

3.PORTABLE TEMPERATURE GAUGE TKP2
This device is used by the operator to check the temperature on different locations.
TKP-2 connects to the US-1 with a signal cable. Due to the modular construction of the housing, the measure electronics (TKP-2) can read out temperatures from several stick probes at once. This allows the user to set up several stick probes and thus have a better coverage of the goods.
4.STICK PROBE US1
Stick probe is made of a stainless-steel pipe.
Standard probe lengths are 2 m or 3 m. The gauge has 4 sensors at 50 cm (2 m) or 75 cm (3 m) from each other. The length of the probe and the number of sensors can be adjusted according to the demands of the user.

SILOTHERMOMETER STM 3
It uses state-of-the-art digital sensors, which allows to measure the temperature more accurately and also reduces production expenses.
The main task when storing goods in silos is to preserve the quality of the goods for a longer period of time. The main function of a silothermometer is to track the condition of the goods by measuring the temperature. By using this system, the number of grain elevation is reduced, which improves the energy balance (saving electrical energy) and the quality of the goods (breakage of grain is reduced), and it also helps to reduce wear and tear of the equipment. Unnecessary fumigation is also avoided and the danger of self-ignition of goods and explosions is also reduced.

Features of an STM 3 silothermometer

1.TEMPERATURE MEASURING PROBE
Probes are made of thin stainless-steel pipes which protects them and allows for servicing even when the silo is full.
Small diameter of the pipe allows for lower pulling force acting on the roof of the silo (which is important with metal silos).
The thermal probe is protective cable with housing. This approach allows for an easy replacement of the sensor and servicing at any moment, regardless of whether the silo is full or not.
We use high-quality digital sensors, characterized by high precision and repeatability of measuring. Their use fully removes the influence of signal installation resistance to measuring accuracy.
2.STM DISTRIBUTION CABINET
The electronics are placed in the distribution cabinet, which can be located in the upper gallery of the silo, command room or any other part of the silo. The electronics have been modularly designed.
This feature allows for a quick and efficient servicing. It also helps us localize the error/malfunction, i.e. the entire system will continue working flawlessly if the error appears in just one part (malfunction on a sensor or a probe).
Each distribution cabinet has display which is controlled with simple commands and allows for an overview of temperatures without the need for a computer.
3.TermoSmart

4.CAPACITIVE LEVEL SWITCH
Capacitive level switches with a rod-shaped probe can be installed vertically or horizontally.
As the signal information from the level switch is independent from the power supply voltage in direct or inverse logic, the capacitive level switches can be linked into the automated transport system or manufacturing process. It is possible to connect the light and sound signals as per the needs of the technological process. The electronics housing is watertight and dust resistant.
Capacitive level switches with the rod-shaped probe can be installed vertically or horizontally, with the probe length from 200 mm to 2000 mm. They are built in 220V or 24V variants.

MICRODOSER
Control is done via the potentiometer located at the control cabinet of the doser.
In the process of flour production (in the mill and baking industry), sometimes wheat with lower qualities is used, so it is impossible to get flour with the desired qualities. In order to improve the quality of the flour, various additives are added. Considering the large amounts of flour (depending on mill capacity, from 3 t/h to 25 t/h), it is necessary to carefully dose the estimated amount of additives. Depending on the quality of the flour and the capacity of the mill, the necessary amount of additives is between several hundred grams to several tens of kilograms per hour.
A standard doser has the capacity from 400 g to 2 kg. Due to its simple construction, doser capacity can be easily changed, so that it can easily answer to any demand from the user. The capacity of the standard infeed hopper is about 25 kg of additives.
Control is done via the potentiometer located at the control cabinet of the doser. The distance from the control cabinet to the doser can be up to 100 m. The control can be done via the computer as well, which allows for the ability to program the doser to work for a longer period of time.
Apart from the mill and baking industry, the doser can be used in animal feed factories, chemical industry and construction industry.
